The dissecting room is one of the most important part of a slaughterhouse installation. The first selection of the dividing up of the different carcasses takes place in the cutting rooms and the further processing of the sheep, pig and cattle carcasses starts. At J&W Service, the challenge is always to make the dissecting room as ergonomic as possible, but also as efficient as possible, all in consultation with the customer so that it is arranged as much as possible according to the customer’s wishes. In other words: J&W Service always looks at how the design and composition of the cutting room contributes to the right price-quality ratio. The solutions are very diverse and depend on the product requirements of the customer, but the circumstances also play a role in this. We offer a wide range of capacities, so this can vary between, for example, 20 cattle and 1200 pigs per hour.
